Who We Are The Reverend Roy Tripp and Kay Keenan have worked jointly together since 2001 on helping the Episcopal Diocese of Delaware as well as other dioceses in Province III Region. They were asked to begin this series of programs in response to the growing need and desire of churches to have positive and effective plan for growth. The Reverend Roy Tripp A native of Maine, Roy brings to ordained ministry over twenty years experience in marketing, sales and public relations. His passion for the church and sharing the good news is conveyed with humor and insight. After seminary at CDSP in Berkeley, California he has held positions ranging from Curate to Vicar and is presently Rector of one of the fastest growing parishes in the Diocese of Delaware, St. Albans Episcopal Church. His innovative blend of marketing and evangelism leads to excitement among those who have the opportunity to join him in growing their church. Roy is married and is the father of a middle school son. Kay has a passion for helping service businesses grow and discovered that her secular skills and talents are directly applicable to the church. She is recognized as a dynamic presenter who insures that her audience has fun as they learn. Kay has her MBA from Syracuse University where she became an Episcopalian. She and her family are active parishioners at a corporate size parish where she has taught church school, served on two national search committees, the vestry and now chairs the Parish Life committee.
