As clergy how often are you asked if Christ is relevant today. We
like John 10:7-18 as help to this challenge.

Beyond Welcome!
Designed in conjunction with the leadership of the parish, this program focuses on going to the next step in transition from welcome to commitment. The ideal participants include a team of ordained and lay leaders. The humor and energy of the presenters makes the program enjoyable for all the participants.
This highly interactive, action oriented seminar is customized to meet the participating parish's desire to deepen the relationship of new and existing members of the congregation. Realizing one of the greatest challenges facing congregations today is to help each member discover gifts, talents and passion for a deeper committed relationship to faith and one another. Beyond Welcome! helps your parish create an exciting and energized open environment for people to journey to discipleship.
Theologically based with worship an integral component and tempered by the reality as experienced by both a church rector and an active lay leader.
Participation in this seminar is designed for both ordained and lay leaders in a congregation. Prior to the seminar the ordained leaders are involved in customizing the program to ensure it meets the needs of the own parish.
Each parish will leave the seminar with an individualized action plan for immediate implementation based on the unique gifts of their church.
